This course is presented in English; therefore, students should have a good command of the written language.
Course fees are charged in Euros, to be paid by wire bank transfer or our online Stripe payment method. If paying by bank transfer, all bank charges are for the student’s account.

If a student wishes to cancel this should be actioned within 24hrs and a full refund will be made.
Course material will be sent via Dropbox to the student upon receipt of payment after the 24hr cancellation period. The course material is valid for one year after purchase, any modules not completed and assignments sent in after the year from date of purchase will be liable to a surcharge of €75 per assignment.
Students will complete a registration form electronically and submit their CV to ensure they meet the requirements to complete the course.
Any student wishing to make a complaint must do so in writing as soon as the issue arises so that we may endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Upon successful completion of each module a certificate of completion will be sent electronically and a hard copy sent to the student’s designated address.
Every precaution has been taken into ensuring the accuracy of the content within each module. However, as regulations change and the super yacht industry moves forward, all students must take responsibility to keep themselves updated of any and all changes pertaining to their role/vessel.
